How about:
[ed: ] // Entry Date
[sd: ] // Start Date
[dd: ] // Due Date
[fd: ] // Finished Date
The term "Done Date" would be too easy to confuse with "Due Date" due
to the leading letter "D", so I propose "Finished Date".
I only just recently discovered this plugin, and personally would
really like an Entry Date as well.
