I merged rev. 290 from the main repository ("Release 0.48" tag). I fixed the
lingering bug that was causing Zim to fail to start in Windows <
https://bugs.launchpad.net/zim/+bug/612393 > which appeared after release
0.46.

I looked at < https://bugs.launchpad.net/zim/+bug/569091 > "cannot open
another notebook", but I couldn't solve it tonight. WORKAROUND: Browse to
the notebook's folder in Explorer and double-click it.
