Exactly. So for example in ConnectedText, I can put categories to pages  
with [[$CATEGORY: Project]]. Then, in another page, I can dynamically  
generate the list of pages with category Project with the following:  
[[$ASK:[$Category Project]|Index]].

I think most php wiki programs such as Mediawiki, Dokuwiki, and pmwiki  
have this functionality. One example is dokuwiki's pagelist plugin:  
http://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:pagelist

With this, I don't have to constantly update the project list in the  
example project list.
