On the 'edit link' dialogue box. I'd like to see a button that creates the
new page as a subpage. Down at the bottom, maybe: cancel, link, and link as
sub.

It would be useful to me when I highlight text and ctrl+L to make a new
page. I just have to put in a plus sign, but it's a pretty simple dialogue
and I use this function all the time. I don't know .. what is other's
experience like?
