Help Installing on Mac OS

Can someone walk me through installing Zim step by step on Mac OSX 10.8.2 on my new Macbook Pro? I'm already using it on two Windows machines and a Linux machine, all synced through Dropbox. However, I don't understand the installation for Mac and really need some help to get this ready for work tomorrow morning.
