Not sure, you may try to have the task list re-index all pages: in the
preferences uncheck the tasklist plugin, than re-enable it. Now if you
open the tasklist it should prompt with a dialog that it is indexing
the notebook.

If this indexing succeeds without errors, all pages should show up.

If not, try to do the same but start zim with "zim -D" from a terminal
and check debug output for errors.
