Hi Laurent,

The bug you describe means some accounting in the index is out-of-sync.
Afraid it is hard to diagnose without knowing what caused the out-of-sync
in the first place.

I'm working on making the index more robust. Hope that helps to remove
these kind of bugs. Or at least have the index detect itself when something
is off and trigger partial updates in the background.
