I'm using the built-in webserver to share a document. The help file 
talks about exporting, or using the webserver to share "live" documents. 
I interpreted that to mean that it would reflect edits in something 
pretty close to "real time".

However, when I update a document it crashes the webserver. Upon 
restarting the webserver, the changes are available on the webpage.

So firstly, are changes intended to propagate through the webserver 
without restarts? If so, how do I troubleshoot this?

I'm running 0.60 on Ubuntu 14.04.
