Automatic linking of CamelCase

Hi,

if I'm not mistaken, the automatic linking of CamelCase words is a key element of a Wiki.
As I like my index to be structured, I had to switch this off, since the created pages are spread all over the index.

@Jaap and all: What do you think of setting a fixed location (=page) as an option where such pages are created? I would immediately
name this page 'Glossary' and collect them there ;)
