Due to two critical bugs in release 0.64 I have created release 0.65 this
weekend. If you haven't upgraded to 0.64 the advise is to skip it and go
directly to 0.65.

This release fixes two critical bugs in version 0.64:
* <Control> keybindings fail for older gtk versions, and in particular for
the <Control><Space> keybinding
* The table editor tends to drop columns of content in the presence of
empty cells
