Hello,

there are problems with links to CHM pages. Concerning CHM - for
the non-WIN audience, please take a look here:

A link, which can be copied to the clipboard via the system
menu (click on the left icon with the '?' in the title bar of
the help viewer, or press [Alt+Space]) and then the item with
"URL", looks like
mk:@MSITStore:DRIVE:\PATH_TO_CHM\FILE.chm::/PAGE1/PAGE1.1/PAGE.htm

When such a link is inserted in a ZIM-page, clicking results in an
error message and updating indexes, too - something like "Invalid
page name..."
