Hi Agustin,

The Portable version should store data (notebook, plugins, settings 
etc.) in its folder. Using this version you can, for example, keep 
Zimona portable drive and use on different computers with Windows. 
Though there are some issues with this 
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/zim/+bug/1563632).
