[Bug 960425] [NEW] import statement in XQDoc should not have line number
Public bug reported:
The example import statement at the top of XQDoc documentation for an
XQuery module should not have the single line number of "1" -- it's
silly to have a single line numbered. For multi-line code snippets, line
numbers are OK (but really should be used only when the surrounding
documentation actually references specific line numbers). For a single-
line, it's not as obvious that the "1" is a line number since the user
can't see any other lines with increasing numbers, e.g., "2", "3", ....
