The use case supported here is the following:

- Zorba FOTS driver reports a certain test/tests as failing. 
In order to investigate what is happening the user should have some option to "export" the failing test in a format understood by the Zorba comand line/apitest.

Supporting the Zorba C++ testdriver should also be taken into account
although the possible results of a test in FOTS (the arbitrary number of
assertions about the result) does not "map" to the serialized output of
the query mechanism used in XQTS.
