Public bug reported:

The script takes reassigned xorg-server bugs without apport information
and asks the reporter to 'apport-collect BUGNUMBER'. However, apport
can't collect xorg-server information because it's not a real package.
It shows this instead:

"Package xorg-server not installed and no hook available, ignoring
No additional information collected."
