Public bug reported:

Using a clean openERP 7 (latest) installation from: `git clone
https://github.com/bmart/vagrant-openerp.git`, I installed:

* beautifulsoup
* the 'Accounting and Finance' module.
* the 'account_banking_nl_ing' module.

No errors were seen, but returning to the modules screen, I could again
press 'Install' on the 'ING (NL) Bank Statements Import' module and
again, it wouldn't be installed.

Anything I can try to provide further information?
