Two different problems here. @kees, Olivier Dony confirmed that a
problem with download modules from the apps site was found and fixed.
You should get better results if you remove the incomplete module from
your filesystem and install again from the apps site.

@Christian, the error about resoure.timesheet_group1 is unrelated to the
banking module. It is a calendar created in the resource module demo
data. You might want to try and reinstall this module.

I'll set this as fixed as the problems with the apps site should be gone
now.

  Not able to install 'account_banking_nl_ing' module

Status in OpenERP Banking Addons:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Using a clean openERP 7 (latest) installation from: `git clone
  https://github.com/bmart/vagrant-openerp.git`, I installed:

  * beautifulsoup
  * the 'Accounting and Finance' module.
  * the 'account_banking_nl_ing' module.

  No errors were seen, but returning to the modules screen, I could
  again press 'Install' on the 'ING (NL) Bank Statements Import' module
  and again, it wouldn't be installed.

  Anything I can try to provide further information?
