Public bug reported:

As it's now becoming a standard behavior (classic/generic pattern
detected here therefore), it'll be cool to allow us to switch between
the tabs (timeline, mentions, etc.) with Ctrl+Tab. And Ctrl+Shift+Tab
for reverse mode.

Used to do that very often in "Echofon for Mac" but also in browsers of
all OS and many other applications with "tabs" system (often represented
by icons too, like here in Birdie).

TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
OS: Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS (with Cinnamon)
Birdie version used: the r244 from the DAILY repository
