Hi team, we are now at zero bugs, let's release!

Guillermo, we need your help here.

** bzr-xmloutput 0.9.0 release
   Merge our branch to trunk:
       lp:~bzr-eclipse/bzr-xmloutput/trunk
   and tag it 0.9.0

** What is the status of the license checks you were doing, can
   we do a clean EPL release?

** Uploading official versions & notices - we may need your help
   or contacts.

Piotr, do you want to write a ChangeLog?  You've done most of the
work already.

I have written the release process, and will work on following it.

The next step will be the bzr-java-lib release, I believe you
have the authority Piotr?
