Welcome to the Bazaar Localization Team!

To kick things off, I'd like to ask a few questions:

1. How do you think we ought to run this team?
2. How should we interact with other translation groups?

To be more explicit, if you've been a member of a similar team for
another project, what's worked well and what hasn't?

I'd also like to point everyone to
http://bazaar-vcs.org/BzrTranslations. It's very basic right now but it
has some useful links. As we put together our translation guidelines and
roadmap, we could add links to them from that page. Alternatively, we
could make better use of the team's page on LP
(https://launchpad.net/~bzr-l10n) for that information or somewhere else?
