That would be good. It's not a big deal either way.

The build scripts on Windows don't use Sphinx yet to compile the Windows
help files but they will soon. Sphinx is required now though because its
underlying templating engine - Jinja2 - is used to build the
buildout.cfg and bzr.iss files.
