I should mention that if you *do* need 64-bit Windows, then we could
possible set up an EC2 instance for it. But that requires starting from
scratch. Since the 64-bit image is completely different from our 32-bit
image.

I do have the docs written for what it takes to create a build image.
Though it is still a fair amount of work. (And the 64-bit images are a
fair amount more expensive to run.)
