I only have 64-bit Windows, so I can't test that theory. But I would
imagine that it depends on the installer. If 64-bit Python installer
runs on win32, then once the 64-bit libraries are installed, the
compiler should be able to use them. Unless it depends on system
libraries to deal with loading other libraries.
