PyQt 4.6 stable release contains Qt 4.6 beta dll that have some problems.
(For example, Qt 4.6 beta ignores Windows ClearType settings so renders
fonts dirty.)

And Qt 4.6 stable dll is fully compatible to PyQt 4.6.
So if use PyQt 4.6 on Windows, I think we should replacing Qt dll.
