[Bug 676626] [NEW] Can't set a UoM of 1.0 to ensure that only quanities of single pieces are shown

Public bug reported:

Using 6.0 trunk 3934 of addons

Tested with GTK and web client with same issue

If you set a UoM of 1.0 as it suggests in the tooltip to ensure that
only quantities of single pieces are used; after saving the UoM it goes
back to show 1.000 . I have already set the Product UoM in Decimal
Places to say 0. When you view a Product the product's quantity is still
shown as 1.00 in the Sales Order Line, not 1 as is expected.

To replicate:-

1. In Administration-> Customisation-> Decimal Accuracy, set the Product UoM in Decimal Places to say 0.
2. In Sales, Configuration, Product, Units of Measure, Units of Measure, for PCE set Rounding Precision to 1.0, as its suggests in the tooltip, to allow 'a UoM that cannot be further split, such as a piece'
3. On saving however, the value always returns to 1.00

** Affects: openobject-addons
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
