[Bug 700814] [NEW] db_user and db_password not read
Public bug reported:
When running the command python openerp-server.py, the values for
db_user and db_password in the conf file are not used. The server starts
without issues only if the --db_user and --db_password arguments are
used on the command line.
This is on a Ubuntu 10.04 server using version 6 RC2 that was downloaded
