I have checked your screen-shots but I am not found the proper problem.

So would you please provide me your database back up then we will check
your all journal entries because we did not faced this type of problem
at my end.

  Accounting: Duplication of tax in invoices

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When taxes are selected in purchase or sales order lines and when the
  invoice is paid, it shows double tax amount. For example goods: 2 pcs
  @ Rs. 500; Tax: VAT @ 12.5%(not included in price), then when my
  payment is done the journal entry shows that my invoice amount is Rs.
  1250  (1000+125+125)
