Hello Cuong,

I have checked your issue but we can not consider this object/menu in base.
Because this is not a basic requirement in base module we have add only those thing which are in basic requirement for users i.e. Customers, address and etc..

So this is not a bug and we can not consider it and I am closing this
issue.

  I found that Working Time information exists in many places. So I
  think Working Time should be moved to base module, together with
  Company information.
