Yes, I understand. It's just my mind when doing labs with Manufacturing, HR, Project Management. Working Time is defined in Manufacture module. But it's also needed by other modules. Working Time is a factor of company in general. So I think it's not properly when putting it inside Manufacture module.

  I found that Working Time information exists in many places. So I
  think Working Time should be moved to base module, together with
  Company information.
