I have checked this issue but this is not a generalize issue so now we
can not implement it

That's why we need to more discussion on this.
So for now I am set it to opinion .

Bug description:
  Hi,

  After much confusion with stock accounting settings, I've determined
  that the stock variation account, should really be stock valuation
  account (at least in English).  Now this relates to a property field
  property_stock_variation which in turn is used would have all sorts of
  impacts if it was changed, but maybe a cheap workaround is just to
  rename the label.

  If you look in the openerp book, this account is correctly referred to
  as Stock Valuation Account on page 266
