Text fields on regular form views are adjustable in height. Text fields
on popup windows however are not. See for example the sales order view
in the OpenERP online demo database:

- The text field 'notes' on the sales order form view is adjustable in height.
- However, when adding/modifying a sales order line, the text field 'notes' on the sales order line popup view is not adjustable in height.
