Thanks for your quick reply but I have checked this in trunk version.

I know you have mention the 6.0.2 in bug description but If the bug for
stable version then please mention the stable version in bug title then
we can assign it to OPW team.

Now I am changed the bug title and assign it to OPW team.

This issue is working fine in trunk but I have faced the same problem in
stable version 6. So I am confirming this issue for stable version.

Bug description:
  Version: 6.0.2

  Text fields on regular form views are adjustable in height. Text
  fields on popup windows however are not. See for example the sales
  order view in the OpenERP online demo database:

  - The text field 'notes' on the sales order form view is adjustable in height.
  - However, when adding/modifying a sales order line, the text field 'notes' on the sales order line popup view is not adjustable in height.
