steps to reproduce:

- create / confirm / start MO with 10 PCE
- produce 8 PCE
- cancel MO (remaining qty will not get produced)

MO gets in state 'Cancelled'. IMHO it should get a state which defines
the MO as 'Done Partial'. Otherwise reports above MO states induce wrong
results.
