Hello,

I have tested your scenario with latest trunk at my end. But I am bot
able to face any problem which you have specified in bug report and all
are working fine .

So would you please elaborate more on this or provide the proper steps.

I have attached a video for your more reference so would you please
check it and notify us where did you face the problem.

Title:
  V6.1 Dev double message-id in forwarded CRM mails

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When a CRM message is forwarded to a (list of) users, an openobject reference is created as Message-Id.
  When using thunderbird (no other clients checked) as originating sender, the original Message-ID (note the different casing with Message-Id) is still included in the message body. 
  When the mail is replied, openobject doesn't find the openobject-reference anymore, resulting in a new case and so on.
  Whether this is a bug in thunderbird or not hasn't been verified, nor other mail clients.

  Using an X-header, like X-OpenObject-Reference instead of Message-Id
  would be a permanent resolution.
