  NETRPC Server Hangs and XMLRPC errors on SIGINT with python 2.6.5

Bug description:
  Mac OS X 10.6.3
  Python 2.6.5 and dependencies built from MacPorts

  When invoked with --no-xmlrpc, upon SIGINT, server hangs indefinitely.
  Server must be killed with SIGTERM.
