[Bug 466862] Re: Cairo-Dock disappears

Hello,

Can you give us some informations that you can find when you report a new bug:

The OpenGL is buggy only on your computer and it's certainly due to your
drivers...

"the dock keeps disappearing when I open another window or do something else"
Is the auto-hide enable? Can you try with another theme?

Bug description:
I have an intel 945 video chip on my Toshiba laptop and I tried the OpenGL version which was very buggy. I then ran the non OpenGL version which was a little better but the dock keeps disappearing when I open another window or do something else. I have tried everything but nothing works. How can I resolve this annoying problem? I have also turned off alot of the eyecandy for my dock but no luck.

I have read through all the other possible bugs reported but I did not see anything that applied to my situation. Both versions of Cairo-Dock are buggy for me. I thought the non OpenGL was more stable but it only lasted a few days and then the bugs started again like they did when I ran the OpenGL version.
