Hmm I only saw a change to a .py file in the commit log, must have missed the 
change to the extension. At any rate, rebuilding worked. Sorry about that. 
I'll be releasing 116 soon, at which point feel free to start a thread on 
Mobileread advertising LIT output. 

Regarding the binary installer, it will probably work if you build it on a  
64bit machine. The idea is to get the 32bit version working on 64bits. 
Probably just have to include a few more 32bit libraries. You can download the 
installer from https://dev.mobileread.com/dist/kovid/calibre/calibre-0.4.115-
i686.tar.bz2

Untar it and run the calibre executable. Let me know what happens.
