Hi,

I use the application called Tomboy to take notes quickly, and its
indicator applet in the panel was not working correctly after I upgraded
to Ubuntu 10.10, which is the most recent version.  Also, during some
small upgrade in Ubuntu 10.04, the login/logout buttons moved from one
place in the panel into one of the main menus of the panel.  If you want
to get both of these features back to the "normal" way Ubuntu is
supposed to work, just right-click on an empty area of your panel,
select "Add to panel," and add the "Indicator Applet" and "Indicator
Applet Session."  Hope that helps!
