3) What is expected to happen is when performs via the Terminal:

wget
http://www.canonical.com/sites/default/files/active/CaseStudy_MoodleRooms.pdf
&& acroread CaseStudy_MoodleRooms.pdf

then clicks View -> Read Out Loud -> Activate Read Out loud -> View ->
Read Out Loud -> Read to End of Document it immediately begins to read
the document out loud.

What happens instead is it does not.
