Public bug reported:

After upgrading to Oneiric, skype refuses to start. I'm on amd64
architecture and it fails with the message:

error while loading shared libraries: libXss.so.1

Running ldd on /usr/bin/skype shows a bunch of missing libraries

I'm running version 2.2.0.35-0natty1 from the natty-partner archive.
