Hi,

By default cloud.cfg enables the "set-passwords" config module. I'd like 
to disable it, but don't want to touch cloud.cfg, rather I was wondering 
whether there is a way to do it in a cloud.cfg.d/file instead.
Can anyone advise of any way to do this?
