Binary package hint: compiz

The original papercut (Bug #147230) was fixed in a way which makes it
impossible to re-enable the feature of switching desktops using the
scroll wheel.

I also can confirm this after upgrading to Karmic (Alpha4, 2009-08-14).

Either the original fix to the paper cut should be undone, or there
should actually be the ability to re-enable the switching with the
scroll wheel.  In all comments by the design team it was always said
that a user could re-enable this feature if they wanted it.
