Binary package hint: compiz

After upgrading from 9.04 to 9.10 by Synaptic, at logon:

- there are no window decorations
- the workspace switcher only shows one desk (out of four)
- all windows start at top left edge of the screen, on top of the panels

If I set appearance to Normal or Extra, everything get fixed even if I
revert back to None. However, appearance always reverts back to None at
logon.
