Binary package hint: compiz

The static application switcher brings to front everything when I switch
windows no matter what option I choose in the "highlight mode"

I am using Ubuntu 10.04 I had this problem since I installed Lucid Lynx not in Karmic Koala. And Im using the repos version of compiz 1:0.8.4-0ubuntu15.2.
Mesa DRI Intel(R) 965GM GEM 20091221 2009Q4 x86/MMX/SSE2
