[Bug 750398] [NEW] Window size sometimes jumps up when trying to scale windows

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compiz

See the attached screen-shots, which show the state right after pressing
the mouse button on the bottom right corner of the window decoration,
where the pointer changes to a 90 degrees angle + arrow (on the screen-
shots it just shows the normal pointer). If I then move the mouse while
holding the button down, it changes the size of the 'mask', relatively
to the pointer, that is, the lower right edge of the mask always stays
right/below of the pointer.

This does not happen always, but quite often. I couldn't yet figure out
how to reliably reproduce this.
