** Description changed:

- This looks to be a bug in compiz.  Metacity will do the correct

- The issue is that if you use a theme other than ambiance/randiance, the

  Steps to reproduce:
  
- 1. Select a theme other than ambiance or randiance
- 2. Hover mouse over close/minimize/maximize button.
+ 1. Open multiple windows
+ 2. Switch windows and observe the title bar.
  
  Expected:
- Button will change to prelight state
+ Window decorations will change state to reflect new windows status
  
  What occurs:
- Button does not change state.
+ Windows decorations are stuck in the active state.
  
- What's odd is that some windows prelight correctly, but others do not.
