Public bug reported:

The compiz website, compiz wiki, and compiz forums, and git-hub are
getting left behind.

The website has been out of date for quite a while.

The wiki hasn't been updated since version 0.9.4.

The compiz forums are filling with spambots.

The git-hub doesn't have any of the code for version 0.9.6

I understand the change of venue, since compiz is now an official part
of Ubuntu, but it would probably be helpful for the project if there
were some up-to-date information out there about how compiz works, how
to compile the source code, how to develop plug-ins, etc.
