It seems to me that at least one op is on at all times.  He didn't give an
example of the trouble he was talking about, but I think (looking through
the logs) he was talking about the argument between locks and Cope57.  I was
asleep during the time, and it doesn't seem like anyone else was up.  My
thoughts on it, though, is that most everyone in IRC will listen to anybody
if they tell 'em to chill out.  It doesn't take an OP to stop a
conversation, only takes an OP to enforce it when someone won't listen.
That being said, nobody even tried to stop 'em.  If they had tried, and it
didn't work, they could've PMd an OP and it wouldn't been taken care of in
the morning.  But, chances are, it could've been stopped by anybody just
lettin' 'em know it's a support channel not a boxing ring.

Anywho, Mehall's a cool guy, so if you're gonna OP anyone else he's a good
choice as far as I can tell.
