Title:
Printing with 2 pages per side does not correctly rotate print

Status in papers package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Printing a pdf file with "Pages per side: 2" using the papers app.

  What was expected to happen:
The two pages are scaled to 50%
The two pages are printed on a single page above/below each other.

The two pages are next to each other and scaled to less than 50%.
The lower half of the print is blank.
