package has lost the following files:

/usr/include/libxml2/libxml/DOCBparser.h
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libxml2.a
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/xml2Conf.sh
/usr/share/aclocal/libxml2.m4
/usr/share/man/man3/libxml.3.gz
```

Release:	25.10

`apt-cache policy libxml2-dev`:

libxml2-dev:
  Installed: 2.14.4+dfsg-0exp1
  Candidate: 2.14.4+dfsg-0exp1
  Version table:
 *** 2.14.4+dfsg-0exp1 500
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu questing/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

I expect that I should have the same files (particularly the static
library) as an older version but instead my package only has the dynamic
library file.
